Search for the experience name and check your spam or promotions folder.
- Open the secure booking link
Use the management link in that email to view your booking, ticket and current availability.
- Change or cancel your booking
Follow the cancellation and change policy shown in your confirmation. Bókun will apply the policy attached to the rate you booked.
